A Therapeutic Space

Rooted In Care, Restoration & Transformation

​​My work began through a deep fascination with the connection between the body, mind, emotions and nervous system.

Over the past 15 years, I have worked within luxury wellness environments and private practice, supporting clients through stress, emotional overwhelm, burnout, physical tension, nervous system exhaustion and personal transformation.

What I came to understand through this work is that healing is rarely only physical.

So many people are carrying emotional pressure, anxiety, grief, trauma responses, overstimulation and chronic stress within their bodies whilst continuing to function outwardly.

The Sanctuary was created to offer something deeper.

A space where people can feel genuinely held, supported and guided back towards themselves through therapeutic touch, nervous system regulation, subconscious work and restorative care.

Professional Background

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Therapeutic Studies alongside professional qualifications in:

  • Clinical Hypnotherapy

  • Aromatherapy

  • Reflexology

  • Massage Therapy

  • Reiki and Energy Healing modalities

  • Somatic and nervous system-informed approaches

Alongside private practice, I have worked within luxury spa and wellness environments for over 15 years, refining a therapeutic approach that combines both clinical understanding and intuitive care.

My Approach

I believe true healing happens when the body, nervous system and subconscious mind feel safe enough to soften.

Many people live in a constant state of stress response without even realising it, carrying tension emotionally, mentally and physically whilst continuing to push through life.

My work is designed to help gently regulate the nervous system, release held tension and create the internal conditions for healing, clarity and transformation to occur.

Every session is completely bespoke.

I work intuitively whilst also grounding treatments in therapeutic understanding, nervous system awareness and subconscious support.

Depending on the individual, sessions may include:

  • Therapeutic massage and bodywork

  • Clinical hypnotherapy

  • NLP-informed techniques

  • Somatic awareness

  • Guided visualisation

  • Aromatherapy

  • Energy work

  • Breathwork and grounding techniques

  • Emotional support and therapeutic conversation

The Space
 

The Sanctuary was intentionally created to feel warm, calming and restorative.

Soft lighting, therapeutic touch, aromatherapy, sound and sensory grounding combine to create a deeply nurturing environment where clients can fully exhale and let go.

For many people, it becomes more than simply a treatment room.

It becomes a place of retreat from the pressure of daily life.

Healing Is Not About Becoming Someone Else

It is about reconnecting to the parts of yourself that have become buried beneath stress, pressure, fear, exhaustion or emotional pain.

Sometimes transformation begins simply by finally feeling safe enough to stop carrying everything alone.
